Tasting :

Aspect: nice deep ruby robe with dark purple outline
 fruity bouquet (strawberries, blackcurrants) which develops jam notes               by waggling
Taste: appropriate balance between softness, fruity and character

Grenache 50%,  Syrah 20%, Mourvèdre 30% - 40 hl/ha

Complete destemming of the grape harvest, cold maceration. The wine-making process starts once the grape varieties have been put together. The maceration lasts for about 21 days. Maturation  -12 months- takes place in oak barrels that contain from 40 to 60 hl (1000-1500 US Gallon).
