Aspect:
dense ruby/purple hue with inky thickness
Smell:
huge blackberry and cherry liqueur notes intermixed with licorice,                  garrigue, and a roasted espresso-like character.
Taste: sweet, full-bodied style loaded with fat and glycerin. This super-pure            and rich wine can be enjoyed over the next 10-12 years.

Grenache 60%, Syrah 40%  - 35hl/ha

Complete destemming of the grape harvest, cold maceration. The wine-making process starts once the grape varieties have been put together. The maceration lasts for about 21 days. Maturation -6 to 12 months- takes place in oak barrels that contain from 40 to 60 hl (1000-1500 US Gallons)
